Оголошується конкурсний відбір претендентів на посади незалежних членів наглядової ради акціонерного товариства «Сенс Банк», який розпочинається з дати цього оголошення.

Згідно зі статтею 7 Закону України «Про банки і банківську діяльність» кількість незалежних членів у складі наглядової ради державного банку становить шість осіб.

Визначення зазначених претендентів здійснюється шляхом конкурсного відбору кандидатів, відібраних на умовах конкурсу компанією з добору персоналу, визначеною на конкурсних засадах відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 13 лютого 2019 року № 159 «Про затвердження Порядку проведення конкурсного відбору компанії з добору персоналу для визначення претендентів на посади незалежних членів наглядової ради державного банку» (далі – «Постанова»).

Розпорядженням Кабінету Міністрів України від 04 жовтня 2024 року № 942-р товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «Екзекьютів Серч Юкрейн» визначено для відбору кандидатів на посади незалежних членів наглядової ради акціонерного товариства «Сенс Банк».

Вимоги до претендентів на посади незалежних членів наглядової ради державного банку визначено у Додатку 1 до Постанови, профілі вакантних посад незалежних членів наглядової ради та матриці профілю наглядової ради, затверджених протоколом Комісії з визначення претендентів на посади незалежних членів наглядової ради державного банку від 06 грудня 2024 року № 1, додаються (далі – «Кваліфікаційні вимоги»).

Кандидати, що виявили бажання взяти участь у конкурсі, мають подати документи, що визначені Кваліфікаційними вимогами, на електронну адресу cv@amrop.ua компанії з добору персоналу ТОВ «Екзекьютів Серч Юкрейн» в строк до 18:00 за київським часом 07 січня 2025 року.

Announcement of Competitive Selection for the Positions of Independent Members of the Supervisory Board of Joint Stock Company “Sense Bank”

The competitive selection for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of the Joint Stock Company “Sense Bank” shall begin from the date of this announcement.

According to Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On Banks and Banking Activities”, the number of independent members on the supervisory board of a state-owned bank shall be six persons.

The candidates will be chosen through competitive selection from among persons selected on a competitive basis by the executive search company determined in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 159 dated 13 February 2019 “On Approval of the Procedure for Selecting an Executive Search Company for the Nomination of Candidates to the Positions of Independent Supervisory Board Members of a State-Owned Bank” (hereinafter – the “Resolution”).

According to the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 942-р dated 4 October 2024, “Executive Search Ukraine” Limited Liability Company was chosen for the selection of candidates for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of the Joint Stock Company “Sense Bank”.

The requirements to candidates for the positions of independent members of the supervisory board of a state-owned bank are set out in Appendix 1 to the Resolution, the profiles of the vacant positions of independent members and the supervisory board profile matrix, approved by Minutes No. 1 dated 6 December 2024 of the Commission for Determining Candidates for the Positions of Independent Members of the Supervisory Board of State-Owned Banks are attached (hereinafter – the “Qualification Requirements”).

Candidates who wish to take part in the competitive selection must submit documents listed in the Qualification Requirements to the e-mail address cv@amrop.ua of LLC “Executive Search Ukraine” no later than 18:00 Kyiv time on 7 January 2025.
