Preliminary opinion on proposed decentralisation in Ukraine

Strasbourg - Following the request made by the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada at the 103rd session of the Venice Commission, the preliminary opinion on the proposed constitutional amendments regarding the territorial structure and local administration of Ukraine was sent to the Ukrainian authorities today.
