Конкурсна комісія з відбору на посаду Голови АРМА оголошує конкурсний відбір на посаду Голови АРМА та розпочинає прийом документів від Заявників на конкурс
Конкурсна комісія з відбору на посаду Голови АРМА на офіційному засіданні затвердила Критерії та методику оцінювання кандидатів на посаду Голови АРМА, Порядок проведення конкурсного відбору на посаду Голови АРМА та Оголошення про умови та строки проведення конкурсу. Засідання відбулось 19 грудня 2025 року в прямому ефірі, було анонсовано на сайті та транслювалось на Youtube каналі Уряду.
Комісія запрошує всіх бажаючих взяти участь в Конкурсі на посаду Голови АРМА подавати свої документи до Комісії у період з 19 грудня 2025 по 19 січня 2026. Головою АРМА згідно Закону України "Про Національне агентство України з питань виявлення, розшуку та управління активами, одержаними від корупційних та інших злочинів" може бути громадянин України, який має вищу юридичну або економічну освіту за ступенем не нижче спеціаліста (магістра), стаж професійної діяльності за спеціальністю не менше п’яти років, досвід роботи на керівних посадах в органах державної влади, на підприємствах, в установах, організаціях незалежно від форми власності не менше трьох років, вільно володіє державною мовою та володіє іноземною мовою, яка є однією з офіційних мов Ради Європи, є доброчесним і компетентним, здатний за своїми діловими та моральними якостями, освітнім і професійним рівнем виконувати відповідні службові обов’язки.
Деталі про вимоги до кандидатів на посаду Голови АРМА, документи для подачі на Конкурс, етапи, строки конкурсного відбору, критерії і методологію оцінювання кандидатів та інше опубліковані на сайті Кабінету Міністрів України, а саме:

Вперше в історії України Головою Агентства може стати як юрист, так і економіст за освітою, адже в липні цього року відбулись відповідні зміни в законодавстві”, - прокоментувала Катерина Риженко, Голова Конкурсної комісії з відбору на посаду голови АРМА.
До Засідання Конкурсна комісія публікувала проєкти Критеріїв та методики оцінювання кандидатів на посаду Голови АРМА та Порядку проведення конкурсного відбору на посаду Голови АРМА для вивчення громадської думки і дякує громадським організаціям за наданий цінний зворотній зв'язок, який було розглянуто та враховано Комісією при доопрацюванні документів.
Подальшими кроками Комісії будуть збір та перевірка Комісією поданих Заявниками документів і ухвалення рішення про їх допуск або недопуск до участі у Конкурсному відборі, який передбачатиме різні види тестування (на знання законодавства, загальних здібностей, виконання письмового практичного завдання), перевірка на відповідність критерію доброчесності та співбесіди.

The Selection Commission for the position of the Head of ARMA announces a competitive selection process for the position of Head of ARMA and begins accepting documents from applicants for the competition
The Selection Commission for the position of Head of ARMA approved the Criteria and Methodology for Evaluating Candidates for the Position of Head of ARMA, the Procedure for Conducting the Competitive Selection for the Position of Head of ARMA, and the Announcement of the Conditions and Terms of the Competition at the official meeting. The meeting took place on 19 December 2025 and was broadcast live, announced on the website and streamed on the Government's YouTube channel.
The Commission invites all interested persons to participate in the competition for the position of Head of ARMA and to submit their documents to the Commission between 19 December 2025 and 19 January 2026. According to the Law of Ukraine ‘On the National Agency of Ukraine for the Identification, Investigation and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes,’ the Head of ARMA may be a citizen of Ukraine who has a higher legal or economic education with a degree not lower than a specialist (master's), at least five years of professional experience in the field, at least three years of experience in management positions in state authorities, enterprises, institutions, and organisations regardless of their form of ownership, is fluent in the official language and one of the official languages of the Council of Europe, is honest and competent, and has the business and moral qualities, educational and professional level necessary to perform the relevant official duties.

"We are pleased to invite true professionals and leaders who feel the desire, strength, and possess the necessary knowledge and experience to lead such a valuable institution for the country, especially in the context of full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine, to participate in the competition. The Head of the ARMA is an extremely important and responsible role. For the first time in Ukraine's history, both lawyers and economists by education can become the head of the Agency, as relevant changes in legislation were made in July this year," commented Kateryna Ryzhenko, Chair of the Selection Commission for the position of Head of the ARMA.
Prior to the meeting, the Selection Commission published draft criteria and methods for evaluating candidates for the position of Head of ARMA and the procedure for conducting a competitive selection for the position of Head of ARMA for public review and thanks civil society organisations for their valuable feedback, which was reviewed and taken into account by the Commission when finalising the documents.
The Commission's next steps will be to collect and verify the documents submitted by the applicants and decide whether to admit them to the competitive selection process, which will include various types of testing (on knowledge of legislation, on general aptitude, and performance of a written practical task), evaluation of Candidates' compliance with the criterion of integrity and interviews.
