The centers for the provision of administrative services, built on the principle of transparent offices, and the introduction of an entire array of electronic services on the Government portal help to eliminate digital discrimination in communities and simplify the lives of Ukrainians. The Prime Minister of Ukraine announced in his address to the participants of the General Assembly of the Association of Consolidated Communities.

"We open a number of transparent offices all across the country. There we transfer most of the services, including social services. Moreover, our Government introduces electronic services. At the website of the Cabinet of Ministers, 118 electronic services are already available, and another 50 are planned to be launched this year. People do not have to go to offices and communicate with officials. Everything should be simple", emphasized Volodymyr Groysman.

    Background

At the end of January this year, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine expanded the range of electronic services for citizens in the framework of e-government development, and also offered a number of electronic initiatives for families with newborns. The introduction of on-line opportunities is the full availability of administrative services, minimizing abuse and leveling the participation of officials in the processes. Now Ukrainians have the choice: either to solve an issue on-line and to conduct online business registration procedures, obtain a certificate or permit, or to go to a transparent office of providing administrative services (CASP) and do everything they need in a convenient way.
