Winter stability and security

Measures will be taken to enhance the protection of critical infrastructure against unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) and missile strikes; to ensure the energy and physical security of citizens and businesses; to guarantee an uninterrupted energy supply throughout the 2025/26 heating season; and to strengthen the resilience of digital infrastructure.
