eOselia: 157 Ukrainian families received affordable mortgages over the past week
During the past week, under the affordable loan program eOselia, Ukrainians obtained 157 new mortgages totaling UAH 327.6 million.
Loans at 3% were granted to:
• 34 servicemen and representatives of the security sector
• 21 veterans
• 7 medical workers
• 7 teachers
• 2 scientists
Loans at 7% were granted to:
• 52 Ukrainians without their own housing
• 35 internally displaced persons (IDPs)
In total, since the beginning of 2026, 5,253 Ukrainians have benefited from the eOselia program, receiving concessional mortgages worth UAH 10.3 billion.
The largest number of loans under the program were issued in: Kyiv region – 51, Kyiv city – 27, Lviv region – 11
By type of property, 87 Ukrainians received loans for first‑sale housing, including 54 properties still under construction, 70 loans were issued for the purchase of housing on the secondary market.
Under the conditions, the program provides state compensation of 70% of the down payment, 70% of monthly payments during the first year of the loan, as well as up to UAH 40,000 for related expenses when arranging a mortgage.
Background
The eOselia program is part of the Made in Ukraine policy, which aims to stimulate demand for Ukrainian goods and create favorable conditions for the development of production.
The program is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and PJSC Ukrfinzhytlo. The partner banks of eOselia are Oschadbank, Privatbank, UGB Bank, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, Sense Bank, Bank Credit Dnipro, TASCOMBANK, BISBANK, and Radabank.
