Sergii Koretskyi congratulates Ukraine’s Air Assault Forces on their professional day

Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergii Koretskyi congratulated the men and women serving in the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on their professional day.

“Those who are always first! Today, we thank the defenders serving in the Air Assault Forces of Ukraine,” the Prime Minister said.

He emphasised that Air Assault troops perform exceptionally demanding combat missions every day. They carry out assaults, raids and counterattacks, halt enemy advances and retake Ukrainian positions.

“Every such operation requires outstanding combat skills, swift decision-making and close coordination. Thank you for your courage, service and protection,” Sergii Koretskyi stressed.

The Prime Minister honoured the memory of all Air Assault service members who gave their lives for Ukraine’s freedom and independence.

“Honour and eternal remembrance. Happy Air Assault Forces Day! Glory to Ukraine!” Sergii Koretskyi said.
