Today, on March 6^th, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak held a meeting with US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs David Hale.

During the meeting, David Hale emphasized on the continuation of full political support for the people of Ukraine, "My message today is full support for the people of Ukraine in deterring Russian aggression. We will further stand for all democratic values and freedoms the Ukrainian soldiers are now fighting for", stressed David Hale.

Moreover, the parties discussed issues of further US political support on all international platforms, prolongation of sanctions, assistance in combating the informational pressure on Ukraine by the aggressor state, and further logistical support from the United States for Ukrainian defense agency.

In the framework of the visit, US Under Secretary of State David Hale visited the Memorial Complex "Memory Hall for the Dead Military Officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" which was built on the territory of the Ministry of Defense.
