  • Denys Shmyhal: We are allocating over UAH 340 million to Mykolaiv region to deal with the consequences of the Kakhovka HPP blow-up

    The Government is working to eliminate the consequences of the russian terrorist attack on the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant. More than UAH 4 billion has already been allocated for these needs. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 7 July.

    “In particular, UAH 980 million has been allocated to the Kherson Regional Military Administration for the restoration of damaged and destroyed facilities. Today, we are also allocating over UAH 340 million for similar restoration in Mykolaiv region,” said Denys Shmyhal.

    The Prime Minister stressed that the Government expected local leaders to deliver concrete results in reconstruction in the near future.
