The Ukrainian international broadcasting TV channel UA | TV of the International broadcasting multimedia platform of Ukraine became available to the residents of the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia. From now, subscribers of the digital package of the "Net TV" network can watch the news from Ukraine. At the same time, the "Rimex" company (Vratsa, in the northwest of the country) has started to rebroadcast the Ukrainian TV channel in a digital package.

In addition, UA | TV has appeared in the list of news channels at national OTT platform "Invivo" next to the Bulgarian and Russian TV channels, including “Russia Today”, “Russia 24”, “RTR Planeta”.

Additionally, at the beginning of 2016, cable operator "Net TV Cable" (Pernik) started to rebroadcast UA | TV.

Note, that UA | TV has already appeared in Estonia, Azerbaijan, Poland, Denmark, Israel, Georgia, Latvia, etc.

Recall that the launch of the International broadcasting multimedia platform of Ukraine (IBMPU) was held on 1 October 2015. In the framework of the International broadcasting multimedia platform of Ukraine the "UA|TV" channel was introduced instead of satellite "UTR" TV channel. It is broadcasted via three satellites: Amos 3, Azerspace 1, Galaxy 19, as well on its own YouTube channel.

The legal basis of the International broadcasting multimedia platform of Ukraine became the Law "On international broadcasting system of Ukraine" developed by MIP, which was signed by the President of Ukraine on 28 December 2015. According to the Law, IBMPU is registered as a state enterprise.

It is to be recalled that in October last year, during a meeting of Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to Ukraine Krasimir Minchev a joint decision regarding the broadcasting of the two states was discussed.
