Government has amended the functioning of the e-health system

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has made changes to the Procedure for the Functioning of the Electronic Healthcare System (EHS), which improves the processes in this system.

In particular, the approved changes apply to the following:

• Granting the right to authorized persons of economic entities in the field of healthcare and medical workers to make a request to the central database of the EHS to register an entry in the Register of declarations on the choice of a doctor who provides primary care.
• Providing for the possibility of input of information on the temporary residence permit in the Register of Patients.
• Signing documents with a qualified digital signature, taking into account the requirements of maintaining the registers in the central database of the EHS.

Such changes improve the work of entering data into the e-healthcare system.
