Government to hand over 10 more generators to Kyiv's water utility and 21 to communities across Ukraine

The Government will provide Kyiv with 10 additional generators to keep the water utility running. Another 21 generators will go to 12 communities in the regions, Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergii Koretskyi said.
"People should not be left without water every time Russia attacks the energy system. It is critically important to equip water and wastewater utilities with backup power sources," the Head of Government stressed.
The generators are being provided from the reserve fund under the programme to supply communities with mobile generators.
The Prime Minister called on local authorities to get the equipment installed and connected without delay.
