Government allocates UAH 298.8 million for the restoration of roads in Kharkiv region
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has allocated UAH 298.8 million from the reserve fund of the state budget for measures related to strengthening the defence capability of the state. The Government adopted this decision to carry out repair works on road infrastructure facilities in Kharkiv region that were damaged as a result of russian armed aggression.
“Today, the restoration of road infrastructure in frontline regions is of critical importance for ensuring stable logistics and the uninterrupted functioning of the state. We are directing resources to those facilities that support the country’s daily needs, including those of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and maintain the operation of key processes,” noted Vitaliy Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture.
Thanks to the allocated funds, damaged sections of roads will be restored, proper transport links will be ensured, and the logistical routes necessary for the stable functioning of the region and the Armed Forces will be maintained.
