Ukraine presents large-scale national pavilion at ReBuild Ukraine 2025

On 13 November, the fifth international exhibition-conference ReBuild Ukraine: Construction & Energy 2025 opened in Warsaw and will run for two days. The event is the main European platform for coordinating and promoting Ukraine’s reconstruction projects, with a focus on infrastructure, industry, energy, and the housing sector.

This year, the event brought together over 6,000 participants, 762 companies from 33 countries, and 23 national pavilions. Participants include government institutions, municipalities, investors, international financial organisations, and companies operating in construction, energy, logistics, and the production of reconstruction materials. Additionally, 160 Ukrainian communities joined the event to present their own investment and reconstruction projects.

Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Taras Kachka officially unveiled the first pavilion of the unified Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture. The event was also attended by Deputy Ministers of Economy, Environment and Agriculture Daria Marchak and Andrii Teliupa, as well as other representatives of the Ministry, UkraineInvest, the State Property Fund, the Kyiv School of Economics, and the Public-Private Partnership Agency.

“Every investment project is part of the broader transformations already taking place in Ukraine. We are grateful to the European Union and our business partners for their joint work on this modernisation,” emphasised Taras Kachka in his address.

This year’s pavilion has been organised based on the experience of previous years, with a clear structure and a focus on practical tools for investors. Visitors can obtain information on opportunities for production localisation, public-private partnerships, privatisation assets, and industrial parks.

“This is the first pavilion of the unified Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture. We have brought together all the practical tools we currently offer investors: privatisation, public-private partnerships, industrial parks, and opportunities for production localisation in Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to de-risking mechanisms that reduce business risks. This is how we envision the reconstruction economy – through concrete proposals and partnerships,” noted Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture Andrii Teliupa.

The stand features four functional zones representing key state institutions in investment attraction. UkraineInvest serves as a single window for investors, the State Property Fund presents promising privatisation assets, the PPP Agency provides advice on public-private partnership mechanisms, and the Kyiv School of Economics offers analytical support and project development opportunities. This format allows investors to immediately consult with relevant specialists in their areas of interest.

A key element of the pavilion is the updated interactive investment map of Ukraine – a clickable online tool featuring current investment projects. The map includes public-private partnership assets, privatisation objects, industrial parks, and private initiatives, enabling quick identification of relevant collaboration opportunities.

The ReBuild Ukraine: Construction & Energy 2025 exhibition unites government structures, international partners, investors, and businesses from around the world. Its primary goal is to create an effective platform for attracting the investments and technologies needed for Ukraine’s sustainable reconstruction.
