Power generation and consumption
There is no electricity shortage. Domestic generation is sufficient to cover the needs of consumers. Commercial electricity imports are also planned.
Yesterday, a power unit at one of the thermal power plants was shut down due to minor technological disruptions. It was restored to operation during the day.
At one of the CHPPs, the staff emergency shut down a boiler due to technological disruptions. As a result, the plant partially reduced its capacity. The facility is now fully operational. A CHPP at an industrial plant was also shut down. There were no disruptions in heat supply.
There are two thermal generation units in reserve that will be put into operation if necessary. The situation is under control. No outage schedules are applied.
Consequences of shelling
Enemy shelling damaged an overhead line in Chernihiv region. This left 359 household consumers in 6 settlements without electricity.
State of the grid
In Poltava region, household consumers and administrative buildings, including a boiler house and a maternity hospital, lost power due to technological faults in the grid. All of them were initially supplied with power from generators and later connected via a backup scheme.
Import/export
For the current day, electricity imports are forecasted at 10,608 MWh. No exports are expected.
