The main strategic goals of cultural reintegration, restoration of physical culture and sport in the de-occupied territories were discussed at a special meeting chaired by Iryna Vereshchuk, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.

The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy presented a conceptual vision for the revival of Ukrainian culture in the de-occupied territories and the relevant preparatory measures. These include the creation of a reserve of cultural and information workers to work in the de-occupied territories.

Participants also discussed the need to promote interregional cultural ties, conduct information campaigns, introduce a system of measures to improve mental health, etc.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports presented its priority areas of work. These include the restoration and development of the youth and sports sectors. They are also an essential part of the reintegration of the de-occupied territories.
