We set up Youth Council under the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development: Oleksii Kuleba

Oleksii Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine - Minister for Communities and Territories Development, took part in the Youth Forum where he discussed with representatives of the younger generation their priorities and vision of the country's development.

“Young people in Ukraine clearly formulate their priorities - to stay and work in their communities, to protect and develop their country, to be involved in decision-making,” said Oleksii Kuleba.

The participants of the event shared their ideas and initiatives on Ukraine's recovery, housing policy, and business support. Special attention was paid to the needs of young people from the frontline areas.

The Ministry for Communities and Territories Development is working to ensure that opportunities for young people are integrated into the broader policy of community recovery. This includes affordable mortgages, job creation with decent pay, conditions for investment in the infrastructure of frontline regions, and the involvement of young people in recovery planning and work in expert councils.

"Young people are part of our joint work for a strong Ukraine. Young people are here," emphasized Oleksii Kuleba.

A Youth Council is being established under the Ministry to ensure constant dialog and open interaction. It will include representatives of all regions, which will allow them to directly contribute to the shaping of the state policy of recovery and development.
