Update on the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection

According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of June 28, in Ukraine, there have been officially confirmed 182 (10 children out of this number, 3 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection.

The COVID-19 vaccination campaign started on February 24, 2021. Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 2,501, 831 people have been vaccinated.

On June 27, 2021, 17,065 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. Of this number 0 people got CoviShield vaccine, 5,914 - CoronaVac vaccine, 10,201 – Comirnaty vaccine, 950 – AstraZeneka, Janssen - 0.

During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 322 persons, 5 patients died, 582 persons recovered. There have been conducted 16,675 testings (10,930 using the PCR method, 1,463 using the ELISA method and research by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 4,282).

During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:

  • 2 234 463 persons contracted COVID-19 infection;
  • 2 164 374 people recovered;
  • 52,300 people died;
  • 10 817 822 testings have been conducted.
