Update on the spread and prevention of COVID-19 coronavirus infection

According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of November 10, 2021 in Ukraine there have been officially confirmed 24,747 (1,550 children out of this number, 462 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection.

The COVID-19 vaccination campaign started on February 24, 2021. Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 20,129,273 vaccines have been made.

Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 11,844,730 people have been vaccinated. On November 10, 2021, 277,097 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. Of this number 0 people got CoviShield vaccine, 120,223 – CoronaVac vaccine, 133,424 – Comirnaty vaccine, 23,440 – AstraZeneka, 0 – Janssen, Moderna – 0.

Vaccination was carried out by 1,102 mobile immunization teams, 3,224 vaccination points and 433 vaccination centers.

During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 4,778 persons, 652 patients died, 18,896 persons recovered. There have been conducted 140,505 testings (67,341 using the PCR method,
18,168 using the ELISA method and research by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 54996).

During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:

3,155,519 persons contracted COVID-19 infection;

2,572,738 people recovered;

74,857 people died;

15,067,107 testings have been conducted.

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are not available.
