The Government has established all necessary conditions under which the consolidated communities became sufficient and received new opportunities and tools. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman stressed, commenting on the progress of the decentralization reform. The PM said that the Regional Development Councils being held these days  in different regions are designed to discuss and to formulate medium-term plans for the development of regions and for the whole country.

"We have succeeded in creating the conditions under which the communities received new tools and opportunities. We have made a leap forward, and this is just the beginning. Today decentralization opportunities have not been fully seized. The core objective of reform is to create a new quality of people's lives - in education, medicine, security in everything that surrounds us", the Head of Government underscored.
