Deputy Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine Tetiana Popova took part in the presentation of social campaign in support of the fifth and sixth waves of mobilization "Commanders-heroes"

On July 6, at "Ukrinform" agency took place a presentation of social campaign for the fifth and sixth waves of mobilization "Commanders-heroes" with the participation of Deputy Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine Tatiana Popova. 

The event was also attended by Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, head of the press office of the General Staff Vladyslav Seleznev and Colonel of the  Armed Forces of Ukraine, now commander of the Land Forces Training Center "Desna" Oleh Mikats.

"From June 1 was launched a social campaign in support of the fifth and sixth waves of mobilization -"Commanders-Heroes." The campaign runs under the same slogan - "Dignity, Freedom and Victory" - as the previous campaign "Cyborg" was. But in this social campaign we have three new heroes, who is not really new in the Armed Forces of Ukraine - they are well-known commanders heroes: Michael Zabrodskyi, Oleg Mikats, Paul Chaika, who for personal courage, heroism and professionalism was granted honorary awards," the Deputy Minister noticed. 

Colonel Oleh Mikats about his participation in the social campaign:"I decided to participate in this campaign to encourage on my own example people to participate in conducting the anti-terrorist operation in the East".

Vladyslav Seleznev noted the importance of social campaign promoted by the MIP, which contributes to the successful realization of next waves of mobilization.

"The photographer and director Bogdan Shevchenko shot the campaign as volunteer. All social campaign was done on a voluntary basis. A penny was not spent from  the budget," Tetiana Popova summarized.
