Arseniy Yatsenyuk and members of the Government honored the memory of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes who died a year ago

On Thursday, January 22, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk and members of the Government honored the memory of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes who were first to die a year ago.

They lit the lampads to pay the tribute to heroism of the heroes of the Heavenly Hundred in Mykhaylo Hrushevsky street in Kyiv.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk stressed that a year ago, "when our guys were fighting for independence, here Serhii Nigoyan died and Mykhaylo Zhyznevsky gave his life for our independence and our unity", "Now the Ukrainian warriors are giving away their fives, those fighting against the Russian military aggression".

The Head of Government accentuated that today, on the Day of National Unity, the country should be united, "Unification implies [free spiritual unity as in] a temple. In this temple the country should be united. United in its fight for the right to live. United to stand next to each other and support each other. United in faith that we will win. United concerning the need to be persevering and strong to overcome all that".
