The relevant ministries are considering the possibility of life insurance of all the ATO participants at a state expense. Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Volodymyr Groysman announced this at a meeting with members of the European Business Association.

"The idea is that, on the one hand, we insure all participants, on the other hand, we should guarantee that he/she is already insured and in the case if something happens, the insurance sum will be paid automatically. I think people will take it well," the Vice Prime Minister said.

According to him, it is necessary to calculate accurately the state's ability to implement such financing. It is also necessary to ensure the transparency of this mechanism, choosing reliable insurance companies on the basis of public competition. The amount of benefit payment should equal the lump-sum payment that the state guarantees the families of those who lost their lives.

"Yesterday, the Prime Minister has instructed to make the appropriate calculations. Once these calculations show that it is real, and the state is able to pay these funds, it can be made right away, I see no obstacles here. This idea is not fully worked out, I submitted it yesterday, and I think that we receive feedback from the Ministry of Finance in the near future", Volodymyr Groysman underlined.
