The single unified human resource management information system "PoClick" that will cover over 200,000 civil servants was launched in test mode. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk.
"PoClick will replace a lot of cumbersome personnel procedures as a result they will be automated. The civil service must be efficient and the employment should be simple and convenient", the Head of Government stressed.
According to the Prime Minister, the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service will test the system and fill it with the necessary information: "The process is already started with staff ID cards and basic HR procedures".
"Everyone benefits from it: both the state and public servants. We will save both money and paper, and most importantly, the time that people spend on rewriting applications and forms instead of working for the benefit of the country", Oleksiy Honcharuk emphasized.
It should be noted that by the end of this year the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Digital Transformation will join the project. Moreover, in 2020, civil servants of all ministries will work under the PoClick system, and subsequently. all state bodies in Ukraine, the total number of which exceeds 5,000.
