Department of Information and Public Communications of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, posted 13 March 2026 18:50

The Government has updated the rules for state incentives to enable industrial parks to restore infrastructure damaged by russian attacks faster. The goal is to ensure uninterrupted business operations even during wartime. This was announced by Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

1. The state will cover up to 80% of the cost of infrastructure restoration, but no more than UAH 200 million per industrial park.

To receive funds, the applicant must contribute his/her share of the payment, ensure the commissioning of at least 5,000 square meters of industrial space, and attract at least two processing enterprises within 3 years. Applications must be submitted no later than 6 months after the damage occurred.

2. The list of territories eligible for 80/20 preferential co-financing has been expanded. From now on, the mechanism previously applicable to de-occupied communities also applies to frontline territories.

“Industrial parks are an important tool for developing production under the Made in Ukraine policy and stimulating the economy in the regions. According to estimates, 1 hectare of an industrial park creates an average of 50 new jobs, while USD 1 of governmental investment in industrial park infrastructure attracts USD 6 in additional private investment,” emphasized Yulia Svyrydenko.

According to her, the Government will continue to support the development of industrial parks and tailor its support measures to the actual needs of businesses.
