Today, the Government has suspended Lyudmila Pryhodko, Head of the Main Department of the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Сadastre (State GeoCadastre) in Kyiv region. And before the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed the heads of State GeoCadastre in 12 regions. Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk announced during a meeting held at the Main Department of the State GeoCadastre in Kyiv region.
"The State Geocadastre in Kyiv region is a hub for shadow schemes and dishonest officials. This state authority receives the most complaints from citizens about misconduct on the part of the leadership", the Prime Minister stressed.
Oleksiy Honcharuk added that this year, 1,116 complaints were received from the central office of the State Geocadastre. Of these, 420 - for the activities of the Main Department of the State GeoCadastre in Kyiv region. This is the highest figure in all areas. Moreover, Kyiv region is the leader in terms of untimely consideration of citizens' requests for permission to allocate land.
"I know about arbitrariness in this institution not on paper but in real life for along time. During my work at the President's Office, I have been dealing with the problem of shadow schemes for land allocation. One of the most notable examples is the state-owned enterprise Pushcha-Vodytsya", the Head of Government noted.
The Government has already dismissed 2 heads of regional departments of the State Geocadastre in Odesa and Zakarpattya regions.
The Prime Minister informed that in the near future the Government will elect honest and patriotic manager, who will shortly put things right and organize the work of the entire State Geocadastre in a short time.
"We will hold competitions for positions of heads of all territorial departments very soon. If the contest is won by a person who will again serve the interests of individuals, we will dismiss such manager too. And it will last until we find honest managers in each institution. We will eradicate the corruption system and work for the benefit of the people," the Prime Minister said.
