Government allocates UAH 30.8 million to address the aftermath of a missile-and-drone attack in Ternopil
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to allocate UAH 30.8 million to the Ternopil Regional Military Administration from the reserve fund of the state budget. The funds will be used to address the consequences of an emergency situation caused by a massive missile-and-drone attack by the russian federation on 19 November 2025 targeting the territorial community of the city of Ternopil. Specifically, they will go towards emergency restoration works on social (residential) and critical infrastructure facilities damaged as a result of the shelling. This includes the restoration of residential buildings and social infrastructure facilities, the stable operation of which is essential for the city’s functioning.
“The restoration of facilities damaged in enemy attacks is a matter of people’s safety and the resilience of communities. The state must respond quickly to such challenges to ensure recovery and return cities to normal operation,” noted Vitaliy Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture.
The implementation of the decision to allocate UAH 30.8 million to the Ternopil Regional Military Administration from the reserve fund of the state budget will enable emergency restoration works to begin as soon as possible and minimise the impact of the strike on the residents of the city community.
