Government approves additional UAH 4.8 billion for eVidnovlennia programme: Yulia Svyrydenko

The Government has approved an additional UAH 4.8 billion for the eVidnovlennia (eRecovery) programme. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko following the Cabinet of Ministers meeting on 26 August.

“The funds will support housing certificates under the HOME: Compensation for Destroyed Housing project. This will enable nearly 3,700 more families, whose homes were destroyed due to russia’s armed aggression, to purchase new housing,” the Head of Government noted.

The funding is provided under an agreement signed between the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development and the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) during the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC) in Rome in July 2025.

It should be noted that the eVidnovlennia programme is the most effective mechanism for assisting Ukrainians whose homes were damaged or destroyed due to the war. Over 120,000 families have already received compensation through this support.
