The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a decision to begin testing the eRestoration programme, which aims to provide funds for the repair of war-damaged housing. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
“The service will be available in Diia starting May 10. The allocated funds can be spent on construction materials or contractor services. The amount of compensation will be determined by a special commission, and the funds will be transferred to a special bank account,” the Head of Government explained.
According to the Prime Minister, the priority for compensation will be given to combatants, families of fallen service members, Ukrainians mobilised in the Army, large families and people with disabilities.
“Each restored house is a step towards the large-scale reconstruction and revival of Ukraine,” said Denys Shmyhal.
The Head of Government instructed Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration Oleksandr Kubrakov and the Ministry of Digital Transformation to communicate all the necessary details of the programme.
