Government updates composition of Production Sharing Agreements Commission to boost investment
The Cabinet of Ministers has updated the composition of the Interagency Commission responsible for concluding and overseeing production sharing agreements. This decision is linked to changes in the Government’s composition, approved by the Verkhovna Rada on 17 July 2025.
The previous Commission was established in 2013, making its update a logical and necessary step. The new members will reflect the current Government lineup.
“This is crucial for implementing the U.S.-Ukraine agreement on establishing the Reconstruction Investment Fund, signed on 30 April this year,” said Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture Vitaliy Kindrativ.
This step is also part of the Ukraine Plan, aimed at ensuring clear and fair rules for investors. It will facilitate the implementation of a key component of the Plan, focused on enhancing transparency, attracting investments, and improving efficiency in the subsoil use sector.
