It should be noted that according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers as of May 13, 1996, No.509, ‘On the procedure for calculating time on the territory of Ukraine,” the clocks are moved backwards two times a year: the clocks go forward 1 hour at 3am on the last Sunday in March and the clocks go backward 1 hour at 4am on the last Sunday in October.
