Government simplifies leasing of state-owned company property for data centers and telecommunications infrastructure

The Government has simplified access to the property of state-owned companies for the placement of data centers and communications operators' infrastructure. This was reported by Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergii Koretskyi.
Under the decision adopted, data centers and communications operators will be able to lease the property of business entities in which the state's share exceeds 50%, without an electronic auction.
The simplified mechanism will remain in effect during martial law and for six months after it ends.
"This decision should help businesses relocate and deploy IT infrastructure more quickly amid Russian strikes," the Head of Government noted.
