
U-LEAD with Europe is selecting 150 new participants of the program for creation of modern CASPs- applications can be submitted till January 31
Local self-governments can apply for the program aimed to create new modern centers for administrative services provision (CASPs) or modernize existing ones till January 31. The third round of one of the largest programs of international technical assistance for Ukraine in the framework of the decentralization reform - the "U-LEAD with Europe" program is underway. Deadline is January 31, 2019.
150 participants will be selected through this contest. Financial and professional assistance will be provided. To this end, the contestants need to provide a suitable premises for the establishment of CASPs , and in case of passing the competition they will be assisted in, particular, setting up effective work of the center, room design, purchase of furniture, necessary equipment and office equipment, software purchases, training of staff and creating mobile CASPs.
CASPs is a modern center for providing administrative services in Ukraine based on the one-stop-shop principle. This project is being implemented by Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine in synergy with local self-government bodies, "U-LEAD with Europe", and others authorities.
