Sergii Koretskyi orders inspections of school meal quality
Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergii Koretskyi instructed the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, together with the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Economy and Environment, and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, to conduct immediate on-site inspections of meal provision for pupils in Years 1–11.
“The state has allocated the necessary funding to ensure that children at every school, without exception, receive high-quality lunches,” the Prime Minister emphasised.
According to him, any problems identified during the inspections must be resolved without delay.
Sergii Koretskyi also instructed the Ministry of Education and Science to gather feedback from parents on school meal provision and ensure that all concerns raised receive an appropriate response.
