Ukraine counts on the leadership of European leaders in informing businesses about the unacceptability of working in Russia and filling the budget, which finances international terrorism and the killing of peaceful Ukrainians. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal following a meeting in Kyiv with the Prime Ministers of the three countries.

The sides together with President of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki, Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Petr Fiala, Prime Minister of Slovenia Janez Janša and Deputy Prime Minister of Poland Jarosław Kaczyński discussed sanctions against Russia.

"I am grateful to the leaders of the European Union, to the leaders of many countries for introducing the fourth package of sanctions, which includes individual lists of key oligarchs, lobbyists and propagandists, as well as sectoral sanctions. We also initiated the imposition of sanctions on all public figures of the Russian Federation and members of their families who in one way or another joined the decision-making on aggression in Ukraine," said Denys Shmyhal.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine noted that the main areas of sanctions should be, in particular, the recognition of Russia as a sponsor of terrorism by the European Union and the United States. In addition, visas issued to Russian citizens should be cancelled.

"Extension of personal sanctions to all officials of the Russian Federation - from ministers and deputies of the State Duma to heads of regions and local deputies. Closure of seaports for Russian ships and sailors. Embargo on all Russian resources: oil, gas, minerals, metals. Continuation of disconnection of Russian banks from SWIFT ", the Prime Minister of Ukraine stressed.

Denys Shmyhal dwelled on that the aggressor must understand the price of his actions, just as the citizens of the aggressor country must pay the price for terrorist actions.
