
Update on the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection
According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of June 4, in Ukraine there have been officially confirmed 2,266 (82 children out of this number, 20 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection.
During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 963 persons, 95 patients died, 8,291 persons recovered. There have been conducted 61,321 testings (28,696 using the PCR method, 11,858 using the ELISA method and research by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 20,767).
During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:
- 2,211,683 persons contracted COVID-19 infection;
- 2,080,382 people recovered;
- 51,094 people died;
- 10,290,345 testing have been conducted.
