Update on the spread and prevention of COVID-19 coronavirus infection
According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of November 14, 2021 in Ukraine there have been officially confirmed 10, 802 (764 children out of this number, 132 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection.
The COVID-19 vaccination campaign started on February 24, 2021. Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 20,950,877 vaccines have been made.
Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 12,228,644 people have been vaccinated. On November 14, 2021, 97,373 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. Of this number 0 people got CoviShield vaccine, 35,636 – CoronaVac vaccine, 51,073 – Comirnaty vaccine, 7,898 – AstraZeneka, 0 – Janssen, Moderna – 2,766.
Vaccination was carried out by 586 mobile immunization teams, 2,546 vaccination points and 448 vaccination centers.
During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 2,798 persons, 442 patients died,
11,219 persons recovered. There have been conducted 50,591 testings (21,443 using the PCR method, 4,821 using the ELISA method and research by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 24,327).
During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:
3,228,441 persons contracted COVID-19 infection;
2,642,459 people recovered;
77,147 people died;
15,246,974 testings have been conducted.
