German Galushchenko introduced the new head of the State Company Guaranteed Buyer Vadym Ulyda

Today, the Minister of Energy of Ukraine German Galushchenko introduced to the team an Acting Director of the State Company Guaranteed Buyer Vadym Ulyda, appointed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at a meeting on November 13.

"The first task of the acting head of the Company will be to provide urgent payments to producers of green electricity of the proceeds from the sale of green bonds by Ukrenergo. Ukraine is fulfilling its obligations to investors and honestly repaying debts, as promised. The state proves that it is a reliable partner for business," German Galushchenko stressed.

Meanwhile, today at the Government meeting the Ministry of Energy will initiate the establishment of an interdepartmental commission to analyze the activities of the State Company in the field of electricity sales, which probably led to losses of SOE and reducing the percentage of settlements with green energy investors.

"Once again, I would like to emphasize that the funds received by Ukrenergo from the sale of green bonds will be used exclusively for payments for green energy, as stipulated by the Government's decision," German Galushchenko said.
