  • Update on the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection

    According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of June 10, in Ukraine there have been officially confirmed 1,785 (77 children out of this number, 73 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection.

    The COVID-19 vaccination campaign started on February 24, 2021. Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 1,545,019  people have been vaccinated.

    On June 10, 2021, 55,573 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. Of this number 370 people got CoviShield vaccine, 22,618 – CoronaVac vaccine, 16,093 – Comirnaty vaccine, 16,942 – AstraZeneka, Janssen - 0.

    During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 741 persons, 87 patients died, 6,513 persons recovered. There have been conducted 59,421 testings (28,997 using the PCR method, 10,741 using the ELISA method and research by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 19,683).

    During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:

    2,219,824 persons contracted COVID-19 infection;

    2,115,197 people recovered;

    51,507 people died;

    10,434,574 testing have been conducted.
