The Verkhovna Rada is considering a number of bills that will allow for significant progress in Ukraine's economic integration with the European Union. Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Olha Stefanishyna announced on air of the Ukrainian Radio.
“These are bills on inland waterways, on waste management, as well as a number of bills in the agricultural sector. All of them are aimed to fulfill our obligations under the Association Agreement and will allow us to gain wider access to the EU market, including through improved logistics,” said Olha Stefanishyna.
According to Olha Stefanishyna, the list of key bills is included in the Government-Parliament roadmap in the field of European integration, which will soon be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada to prioritize the top European integration bills for the next parliamentary session.
