On November 23, 2021, an online meeting of the Interdepartmental Working Group on the elaboration and implementation of the Healthy Ukraine Programme was chaired by the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Oleh Nemchinov.

The meeting was attended by representatives of central executive bodies, regional and Kyiv city state administrations and representatives of other interested organizations.

The Healthy Ukraine Programme envisages the implementation of objectives in the following areas: a healthy and active society by creating conditions for the development of physical activity and sports, physical health of children, youth and the elderly, affordable and quality medical care, a barrier-free environment for all groups of the population, providing the population with drinking water in the necessary volumes and high quality.

The implementation of the Healthy Ukraine Programme will help achieve the goal of building a country with a high standard of living, which is possible only if the health of Ukrainians improves.

Oleh Nemchinov called on the members of the interdepartmental working group to actively participate in drafting the Healthy Ukraine Programme.
