Since the beginning of 2024, 6,400 entrepreneurs have received loans under the Affordable Loans programme totalling UAH 25.3 billion. Entrepreneurs took out almost 20% of these loans to implement investment projects.

Last week, businesses received 606 affordable loans worth UAH 2.5 billion. Since the launch of the programme in February 2020, 85,400 loans worth UAH 292.2 billion have been disbursed.

Since the beginning of 2024, entrepreneurs have taken out the most affordable loans to replenish working capital – UAH 10.1 billion, UAH 5.2 billion of loans were granted to businesses operating in the high-risk combat areas, UAH 4.3 billion of loans under the programme were granted to processing companies, and UAH 4.6 billion were granted to implement investment projects.

Enterprises operating in the following sectors are most often granted loans under the programme:

• agriculture (48%);
• wholesale and retail trade (25%);
• processing industry (17%).

Among the regions, the leaders in terms of the amount of loan agreements concluded are Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Poltava regions and the city of Kyiv.

As of today, 45 banks participate in the programme, with Privatbank (38,900), Oschadbank (13,200) and Raiffeisen Bank Aval (5,400) disbursing the largest number of loans since the programme’s launch.
