The most important thing is to ensure the educational process in the frontline regions. This was emphasised by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during a working visit to Zaporizhzhia region.
The Head of Government got acquainted with the process of construction of a modern anti-radiation shelter at a school in Zaporizhzhia. The facility will be able to accommodate up to 500 people.

The Prime Minister also heard a report from the Head of the Regional Military Administration on the implementation of projects to build shelters in the region’s schools.
According to Denys Shmyhal, the region has already received more than UAH 706 million to ensure safe education for children. To date, the Government has allocated almost UAH 78 million more for the construction of school shelters in Zaporizhzhia region.
The Prime Minister also visited one of the region’s medical institutions, which has been equipped with new, high-performance equipment.

“These are mandatory attributes for any medical facility to ensure uninterrupted functioning under all conditions,” the Prime Minister stressed.
The Head of Government praised the institution’s staff for their dedication to saving people’s lives and health, and presented the doctors with valuable gifts. He thanked them for their hard work in the face of constant rocket attacks from russia.
During his working trip, Denys Shmyhal also visited the Zaporizhzhia Automobile Plant, which produces Ukrainian school and suburban transport of European quality. Despite russia’s constant missile attacks, the plant continues to operate.
The Head of Government spoke to the workers and thanked them for their perseverance and courage.
“Despite the russian terror, the company plans to produce more than 160 buses this year. Supporting Ukrainian producers is a key element of our economic resilience. Last month, the Government allocated UAH 1 billion for the purchase of school buses,” said Denys Shmyhal.
