Government allocates UAH 5.14 billion for compensation under the eVidnovlennia program
The Government has directed UAH 5.14 billion to compensate for housing destroyed by russian attacks under the eVidnovlennia program. This will enable more than 3,600 families who lost their homes and received housing certificates to purchase new dwellings. The funds were provided by the Council of Europe Development Bank under the HOME project, Prime Minister Sergii Koretskyi announced.
According to him, more than 88,000 families have already received housing certificates worth a total of UAH 112.6 billion, of which over 33,000 families have purchased new homes. Another 55,000 certificate holders are still awaiting funding.
“We will continue this work until everyone whose home was taken by russia receives a new dwelling,” emphasized the Head of Government.
