Prime Minister calls on MPs to support the draft law "On amendments to the state budget of Ukraine on increase of funding for social needs and subsidies"

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman thanked MPs for inclusion in the agenda of the session the draft law "On amendments to the state budget of Ukraine for 2017” No.6600 that will allow to allocate funds to the tune of 24 billion hryvnias of overfulfilment of the state budget revenues for social, infrastructure and defence sectors and urged MPs to support this decision. This was stated by the Head of Government at the plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Thursday.

The draft law had been elaborated and agreed upon at the Government’s meeting the previous day.

"This is a key document that encapsulates providing smooth funding of subsidies for Ukrainian citizens, wages for the defense sector as well as for doctors, the financing of the program Available Medicine and many other important projects. Millions of our citizens await it (the adoption of the said draft law)”, stressed the Prime Minister appealing to the MPs.
