Diplomatic Academy after its reorganization will be actively involved into the Ukraine-NATO information and educational cooperation
On 24 of
March 2017 State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mr. Andriy Zayats met with Marcin Koziel, co-ordinator, Professional Development Programme
for Civilian Personnel employed in the Ukrainian security institutions.
During the
meeting it was discussed the issue of the Ukraine-NATO cooperation in the
implementation of the Euro-Atlantic Orientation Course, prepared by the
Professional Development Programme in cooperation
with the Governmental Office for European and Euroatlantic
Integration of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
It was
agreed that the Euro-Atlantic Orientation Course would be consisted of the nine
modules that include important topics of the democratic civilian control,
modern defense budgeting and planning, gender equality, crisis management and
critical infrastructure protection, strategic communications etc.
Both sides
expressed their strong intention to continue developing political dialogue and
mutually beneficial cooperation in the practical spheres.
