General S. Poltorak cancels 395 orders stalling management decision-making process

In the
framework of reforms of the defence
ministry, its legal base undergoes harmonization with world armies.
Thus,
General of the Army of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak, Minister of Defence
of Ukraine, has signed the Order to cancel 395 orders stalling
management decision-making process and hampering efforts to implement
reforms.
Totally, the defence
minister has already canceled more than 1,600 orders.
