Pedagogical conference with Stepan Kubiv as Chair concerned readiness for upcoming 2016/2017 academic year
Today,
August 18, under the chairmanship of Stepan Kubiv, First Vice Prime Minister
of Ukraine, there took place a pedagogical conference dedicated to considering
the results of work in education area during 2015/2016 academic year and the tasks
for 2016/2017 academic year.
During the events
the participants discussed the issues of preparation of preschool, secondary and
vocational educational institutions for the upcoming academic year, got
familiarized with the updates and modernization of curriculum for primary
schools, and presented the concept "New Ukrainian Schools".
In the teleconference
there were participating Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Viacheslav
Kyrylenko, Minister of Education and Science of
Ukraine Lilia Hrynevych, the representatives of the Ministry
of Education and Science, members of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of
Ukraine, representatives of trade unions and members of the Verkhovna
Rada, heads of regional state administrations and
teachers from 24 regions of Ukraine.
