On 9 December, Minister of Infrastructure Andrii Pyvovarsky made a report at the Club of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the results of activities of the Ministry of Infrastructure in 2015 and plans for 2016.

The Minister focused on the irreversible changes in reporting sectors and the Ministry as a whole. So, in 2015 there has been completed the corporatization of the Ukrzaliznytsia, simplified the procedure of registration of vessels in sea ports, launched a reform of the Ukravtodor, unlocked the procedure for assigning airlines to air routes, signed the Open Skies agreement with the U.S., launched the process of corporatization of the Ukrposhta and established a new security service on transport.

Special attention was paid to the transparency of work of the Ministry. During the year the Ministry introduced an electronic document management system, opened data on procurement and financial plans of reporting enterprises, launched an electronic platform for purchasing procedures. As a result, the Ministry of Infrastructure is a number one in introducing open data and in number of connected to ProZorro enterprises and of conducted tenders.
