New law of Ukraine to provide everyone access to information
on public tenders, their price, owners of enterprises and protocols of assessments.
The reform also
significantly facilitates participation in public tenders and prevents from
deliberate blocking of tenders through the appeal procedure. Now
participants are not required to provide information, which is in the public
domain and only the winner of a tender will have to provide the complete
documentation. The
law will also speed up the signing of the WTO agreement on government
procurement and an international market entry of Ukrainian companies.
